3 Years Official Warranty
We offer a 3-year warranty on all our mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches and headphones, the third year being up to the consumer to prove that the anomaly detected already exists at the time of delivery. The way in which the Customer must carry out the burden of proof in the 3rd year of the guarantee will be clarified shortly.
For business customers, the warranty on all mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches and headsets is 12 months.
If any product has a defect within the three years of warranty, customers can contact us through our email support@blackview.pt.
Damages such as: unauthorized repair, misuse, knocks and drops beyond guaranteed limits, water or liquid damage beyond guaranteed limits, use of unofficial firmware , software changes or other damage caused are not covered by the warranty.
If warranty activation is approved , Blackview will bear all repair and labor costs, including replacement of defective components.
If the warranty is not approved , full details and reasons for disapproval will be provided.
If any accessories such as power adapters, film or charging cables are defective within one month from the date of shipment, we will resend or refund the product after shipment.
A proof will be requested from the customer to prove the anomaly (through photos and/or videos).
